Please bring your proof of any benefits and any other income and savings with you.  We will also need your National Insurance Number.

Representation in the Magistrates’ Court is means tested and we will help you fill out an application for Legal Aid.  Again, please bring proof of any benefits and any other income and savings with you.  We will also need your National Insurance Number.

You will be granted a Representation Order for Legal Aid in the Crown Court but this is means tested and you may have to make contributions.
