Credit Card Fraud

Credit card, debit card and cheque fraud comes under the umbrella of ‘false representation’ and can be:

Purchasing or drawing cash with a card that is not yours, this could be stolen or used in any way without the owner’s permission

Forging or using stolen documents to obtain a card

Forging cards or having the equipment to make them

Making something to enable credit card fraud, such as ‘phishing’ software

Making or using a credit card ‘reader’ for the purpose of fraudulently using someone’s card details

You may be accused of being involved in conspiracy organised crime, or perhaps you have used someone’s credit card because you were desperate, or you may have been caught up in something you that you had no involvement in at all.  We can give you the best possible advice and defend your case with all the expertise we have to hand.
