The Crown Court
If your case is to be heard in the Crown Court, then you will have either chosen to have your trial before a jury, or you will have been sent to the Crown Court by the Magistrates because the case is too serious.
You may also be appealing a conviction or a sentence passed by the Magistrates’ Court.
